Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between a refund or an exchange.

Shipping is free for deliveries within Australia.

Gift wrapping services are not available.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must:
- Notify shoporat by email at shoporat@gmail.com within the withdrawal period
- Return the products at their own expense, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging
10. Returns and Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos

- Improper use of the products sold
