1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation provided.
2. Return Procedure
To return an item, please follow the steps below:

Please include your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return. - Prepare the package carefully by placing the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documents.
- Ship the item back: once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of a refund, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
